Description
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and bake pastries, desserts, breads, and other baked goods.
Follow recipes and presentation specifications.
Measure and mix ingredients using appropriate kitchen equipment.
Ensure consistent quality, taste, and presentation of all pastry items.
Assist in menu development and seasonal offerings.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of pastry stations.
Monitor stock and report shortages or needs to the Pastry Chef.
Comply with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
Collaborate with other kitchen team members to ensure timely service.
Train and mentor junior pastry staff (if applicable).
