Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and bake pastries, desserts, breads, and other baked goods.
  • Follow recipes and presentation specifications.
  • Measure and mix ingredients using appropriate kitchen equipment.
  • Ensure consistent quality, taste, and presentation of all pastry items.
  • Assist in menu development and seasonal offerings.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of pastry stations.
  • Monitor stock and report shortages or needs to the Pastry Chef.
  • Comply with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
  • Collaborate with other kitchen team members to ensure timely service.
  • Train and mentor junior pastry staff (if applicable).
