At least 3 to 5 years of working exposure or experience in a similar role
Strong capabilities to build programs end to end, from the identification of the problem to solve to the measurement of business impact
Passionate about people development, especially in grooming talent and leaders preferably have experience in managing Development programs.

Role Summary:
Designs, schedules, and implements training & development programs
Direct all training and developmentactivities to ensure they are conducted efficiently, cost-effectively, and in accordance with the organization\'s policies and standards
Analyze and identify the training and development needs of employees
Develop, deliver, and evaluate training & development programs and curriculum so skills and performance of employees meet the organization’s requirements
Managing digitalization training, design and deliver e-learning courses
Training modules development, evaluation, reward and recognition, and involved in the improvement
Lead, direct, evaluate, and develop a team of training professionals
