  • A degree in the related job field
  • At least 3 to 5 years of working exposure or experience in a similar role
  • Strong capabilities to build programs end to end, from the identification of the problem to solve to the measurement of business impact
  • Passionate about people development, especially in grooming talent and leaders preferably have experience in managing Development programs.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Willing to be placed at Cirebon

Role Summary:

  • Designs, schedules, and implements training & development programs
  • Direct all training and development activities to ensure they are conducted efficiently, cost-effectively, and in accordance with the organization\'s policies and standards
  • Analyze and identify the training and development needs of employees
  • Develop, deliver, and evaluate training & development programs and curriculum so skills and performance of employees meet the organization’s requirements
  • Managing digitalization training, design and deliver e-learning courses
  • Training modules development, evaluation, reward and recognition, and involved in the improvement
  • Lead, direct, evaluate, and develop a team of training professionals
